Important Privacy Information

WHAT DOES CYBRID DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

LAST UPDATED August 13, 2026

Why? Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What? The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include your Social Security number and government-issued identification; account balances and transaction history; payment history and bank account information; and contact and identity-verification information. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.
How? All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers’ personal information; the reasons Cybrid chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

Because we do not share your personal information in any of the ways that you can limit, there is no opt-out for you to exercise.

Who we are

Who is providing this notice? This notice is provided by Cybrid Inc. (together with its affiliates, "Cybrid") on behalf of regulated financial-institution partners that offer various Cybrid services. Cybrid is not a bank or licensed money transmitter.

What we do

How does Cybrid protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings, and we limit access to your information to those who need it to provide services to you.
How does Cybrid collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you open an account or apply for our services, provide account or bank information, conduct or instruct transactions, or verify your identity. We also collect your personal information from others, including our service-provider and financial-institution partners.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only: sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness; affiliates from using your information to market to you; and sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. Because we do not share your information for any of these reasons, there is nothing for you to limit.
